General Rules and Regulation

  1. Students are requested to maintain the highest standard of behavior and discipline both inside and outside the College with teachers and fellow classmates.

  2. All students should reach the classroom in time and shall not leave the class without the permission of the teacher.

  3. All student should wear proper uniform (for boy’s – Casual Shirt and Trousers and for girl’s Salwar Suit or Salwar Kurta) any student without College uniform will not be allowed to enter the College premises. Decent hair style with natural hair colour will only be allowed.

  4. Every student should possess an identity card issued by the College which should be produced whenever asked for.

  5. The behavior of the students, both within and outside the college premises should be decent.
  1. Students must park their vehicles only in the space allotted. They should not bring four-wheelers to the campus as they arrive for classes

  2. Students are prohibited to bring or use mobile phones within the campus.

  3. This, being an eco–friendly campus, plastic, food packets or other trash should not be thrown inside the college or in the premises.

  4. Use of any kind of intoxicants is strictly prohibited; strict action will be taken against student found consuming intoxicants.

  5. Writing on walls, pillars, bath rooms, furniture or black boards is strictly prohibited. The cost of any damage, if caused to college property will be charged to the accounts of the students responsible for the damage in addition to disciplinary action.

  6. Students must make it a habbit to read the notices posted on the notice boards. No notices will be posted on the notice boards by the students without the explicit permission of principal.

  7. Students are advised to be careful about their personal belongings. Students are required to keep safe custody of their valuables. The college cannot take responsibility of their loss.

  8. Tuition fee must be paid at the time of Admission or at the beginning of each Year / Semester. In case tuition fee is not paid by 20th of the month a fine of Rs 20/- will be charged per month. Student failing to pay tuition fee consecutively for 3 month will have to pay re-admission fee of Rs 100/- in case of intermediate classes and Rs100/- in case of degree classes besides total amount of tuition fee due at that time. In case the 20th of the month is Sunday no fine will be charged if the fees are paid on next working day of the office.

  9. Students are expected to attend all classes without failure. Stipulated percentage of attendance is must or else student will not be permitted to appear in the examination. If, for any unavoidable reasons, leave of absence is required, permission from competent authority should be sought.

  10. In the event of continued poor performance in internal tests and poor class attendance by any student, the Principal has the authority to withhold permission for him/her to write the university examinations or late fine will be implemented.

  11. A student who wishes to leave the college must submit an application to the Principal, the application should be counter-signed by parent/guardian Full Fees will be charged and the college leaving certificate will be issued on payment of total amount.

  12. Students should maintain decency and decorum during cultural or any events, be it inside the campus or outside the College premises.

  13. Ragging is strictly prohibited. The students caught in ragging will be suspended from all the classes for one month. The students caught in serious ragging will be dismissed from the college.

  14. Students are prohibited from organizing or attending meetings in the college, distributing notices, collecting money and exhibiting banners, flags, posters etc. without the permission of the Principal.

  15. The Principal shall be the final authority in the interpretation of the College rules. Matters not covered by these rules are left to the discretion of the Principal and his decision shall be final.
